What the exports contain
The export package includes participation records, ballot selections, and tallies as CSV files, plus a file manifest. Secret ballot selection exports omit owner identities.

Election records for review
After voting closes, authorized staff can generate a fixed results snapshot and download records for the association’s review and certification process.
Review and certify
Generating a snapshot and certifying it are separate staff actions. An authorized certifier reviews the records and records the certification in HOA Ballot. Snapshots and tallies cover ballots submitted online; any paper or proxy votes must be added in the association's final result. Confirm any additional report formats or election documents you need before setup.
