HOABallot provides configurable tools for secure, documented HOA voting. Associations should confirm election requirements with their governing documents and legal counsel.
Each voting right is modeled as an entitlement so eligibility, property relationships, weighted votes, and duplicate-vote locks remain explicit.
When a secret ballot is required, participation records are separated from marked selections so receipts and reports do not reveal how an owner voted.
Staff actions, exports, and certification activity are logged so a reviewer can reconstruct what happened during setup, voting, and close.
